Chemical Peels are a quick and convenient way to enhance appearance, self confidence, and get a healthy glow with little or no downtime. Chemical peels have been used for decades to revitalize and resurface skin. They involve applying a chemical solution to remove the damaged outer layer of skin to reveal a younger, clearer, and more radiant complexion. Our peels treat fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, skin discoloration, and acne.
Treatments take about fifteen minutes and are the most effective way to rejuvenate aging skin and to control acne. After the treatment, the resulting regenerated skin is noticeably smoother and fresher in appearance.
At The Skin Revitalizing Center, we offer three different types of peels: Glycolic acid peel, Lactic Acid/Mandelic Acid peel and a T.C.A. peel. Glycold acid peels are mild peels using Alpha Hydroxyacids. Lactic Acid/Mandelic Acid are also mild peels that are a combination of 2 unique exfolients found in nature, and are great for sensitive skin. Both are very safe and effective to refresh and rejuvenate the skin. Also, skin that is dull in texture and color can be improved as well. T.C.A. (Trichloroacectic Acid) peels are a heavier peel used for treating pre-cancerous spots or deeper wrinkles.
